When does the $500 Major Revision apply? Only if project parameters shift entirely after the concept is delivered, requiring a total overhaul of the primary house footprint or structural foundation logic.
Phase 2:
Permit Sets & Construction Documents
Base Construction Documents | $2,500 Permit-ready construction sets generated strictly from the approved concept layout. Delivers complete structural prints including a full First Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, and detailed Roof Plan optimized to streamline local municipal building reviews.

On-Site Field Verification | $250 Min. Precision spatial measurement and field documentation of existing physical conditions, flat-rated up to 100 miles from zip code 46168.
Consulting & Extra Revisions | $250/hr Professional hourly rate for ongoing administration, builder bidding support, or plan adjustments falling completely outside core project milestones.
